At age 15, Sally was determined to get her first job and start creating her own opportunities. Though part-time work at an ice cream parlor was anything but glamorous, it taught her the value of hard work and started her on the path to success as a leading real estate professional.

Both of Sally’s parents worked as home appraisers, introducing her to the real estate business at a young age.
